Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all paid services offered on www.davismkala.com, including Job Coaching, Resume Writing, LinkedIn Branding, Website Development, Shopify / E-commerce Store builds and AI Solutions.

2. Completed work is non-refundable

Fees for work that has been completed and delivered are non-refundable. This includes, for example, delivered coaching sessions, finished resumes or LinkedIn profiles, and websites or stores that have been built and handed over.

3. Partial work — pro-rated refunds

If a project is cancelled or discontinued before completion, the work already carried out is non-refundable, and any refund due for the unfinished portion is pro-rated. In practice, you are charged only for the completed proportion of the agreed scope, and the balance paid for work not yet performed is returned to you.

Example: if a project is 60% complete when cancelled, you are charged for the 60% completed and refunded the remaining 40% of the amount paid.

4. Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel before any work has started, you receive a full refund of any amount already paid.

5. Non-refundable costs

• Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, such as domain registrations, hosting, Shopify subscriptions or stock assets purchased for your project.
• Sessions or consultations that you miss or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.

6. How to request a refund

Email Davis.mkala00@gmail.com with your name, the service in question and a short explanation. I will review your request and confirm the pro-rated amount within 5–7 business days, with approved refunds processed to your original payment method.

7. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.
