    This policy explains how Davis Mkala ("I", "me") collects, uses and protects the personal information you share through www.davismkala.com when you enquire about or receive any of my services, including Job Coaching, Resume Writing, LinkedIn Branding, Website Development, Shopify / E-commerce Store builds and AI Solutions.

    2. Information I collect

    • Contact details you provide through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, optional company name and the service you are interested in.
    • Optional promotional discount records associated with the email and service you provide, enquiry references, enquiry and email delivery statuses, privacy acknowledgement and separate marketing consent.
    • The content of your message or brief, including any documents, career details or project requirements you choose to share.
    • Basic technical and analytics data (such as pages visited and general location) collected through Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

    3. How your information is used

    • To respond to your enquiry and discuss your needs.
    • To deliver the service you engage me for, including preparing documents, building websites or advising on your projects.
    • To keep a record of client engagements for administrative and invoicing purposes.
    • To improve my website and services based on aggregated, non-identifying usage data.

    Submitting an enquiry saves your details and triggers an email to my Gmail inbox and a receipt to your email address, under Google's privacy terms. If you choose "Share Enquiry via WhatsApp" after saving, your message is handed to WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Sharing does not create a second enquiry. Service updates and offers require your separate optional consent, which you may withdraw by emailing me. Discount activity is measured without sending your name, email, phone number or enquiry message to Google Analytics.

    4. Storage and security

    Enquiries are stored securely in this website's managed database. Access is restricted to me alone. I apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and I keep it only as long as needed to serve you or meet legal obligations. Discounts are instant without email verification and limited to one spin per email for each service during the promotion. Hashed request identifiers and limited request counters help prevent spam; shared networks may be affected by those limits.

    5. Sharing your information

    I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may only be processed by the trusted platforms that power this site (website hosting, email, WhatsApp and Google Analytics) strictly to provide the services described above.

    6. Your rights

    7. Changes to this policy

    I may update this policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.
